Experience – LOTS! Renee and Randy Terry are the owners and directors of Stretch-n-Grow in your area. She is a certified Early Childhood, Special Ed, and P.E. Teacher with six years teaching experience in the public schools. Randy is a former coach that is certified in P.E. and has 10 years teaching experience in the public schools. Our coaching staffs are certified youth fitness instructors. All instructors are continually educated in exercise for young children and are CPR and First Aid certified.
History – LONG! Stretch-n-Grow originated in Galveston, Texas in 1992. After an intense study and the discovery of alarming statistics concerning the health status of American’s young children, the founders of Stretch-n-Grow set out on their mission to change the course for children everywhere. Stretch-n-Grow have expanded to over 100 cities across America, Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.
Advisory Board – IMPRESSIVE! Our exercises and curriculum were developed under the supervision of an advisory board consisting of pediatricians, nutritionists, educators and fitness professionals. Our exercises are safe for kids and in compliance with the youth fitness guidelines established by AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).
